After you submit a stocking order on the German Drop platform, the order will be automatically synchronized to the Inventory Management page. This section allows you to clearly track your inventory status and manage your stocked products efficiently.
Inventory Orders (Before Full Payment)
Before full payment is completed, your order will appear under Inventory Orders. On this page, you can easily review key order details, including:
● Order number
● Total order amount
● Paid amount
● Payment status (fully paid or partially paid)
● Available order actions
This view helps you monitor pending orders and complete payments in a timely manner.
Tip:
If you have multiple orders, you can quickly locate a specific order by entering the order number in the search field at the upper left corner of the page.
Deposit Inventory (After Full Payment)
Once your order has been paid in full, it will automatically move to Deposit Inventory. All stocked items will be fully displayed on this page, providing a clear overview of your available inventory.
For each product, you can view:
● Product name
● Product image
● SKU
You can also search for specific items by entering the SKU or product name to quickly check stock availability.
Inventory Quantity Definitions
To help you better understand your inventory data, the following terms are used on the platform:
● Available Total: The current remaining stock that is available for use.
● Occupied Total: The quantity of stock temporarily reserved by unpaid orders.
● Used Total: The quantity of inventory allocated to paid orders.
● Inventory Quantity: The total quantity of stock in inventory.
