The Settings section allows you to manage your personal information, account security, logistics preferences, and invoicing details on the German Drop platform.
To access Settings, move your cursor to the personal information area in the upper-right corner of the interface. Two options will appear: Settings and Logout. Click “Settings” to continue.
The My Profile section contains your basic account information, including:
● Name
● Company name
● Address
● Contact details
You can review and update this information to ensure your account details remain accurate.
In the Security section, you can:
● View your registered email address
● Update or change your login password
This helps keep your account secure and up to date.
The Tracking Number section allows you to configure how tracking information is shared with your customers.
You can:
● Choose whether tracking numbers are synchronized before or after shipment
● Select to display either the full logistics tracking process or local logistics information only
These settings help you control the level of shipping transparency provided to your customers.
If you do not have your own IOSS number, you can use the IOSS number assigned by German Drop.
Click “View Tax Rate” to check the applicable tax rates and related information.
In the Invoice section, you can create and manage invoices.
● In the upper section, enter your company and personal information
● In the lower section, select invoice options based on time period or amount
