Here's how to get assistance in a few simple steps:
1. Start by selecting the 'Order' section from the left toolbar.
2. Click ‘Support’ to open the request form in the ‘Order’ section.
Select the appropriate after-sales subject, choose your request type, and clearly describe the issue.
PS: Please note that supporting images are required for all requests, regardless of the subject.
After submitting the Support Form, your dedicated sales manager will contact you as soon as possible to assist you.
3. After submission, please return to the Support section. All submitted Support Forms will be listed here, including:
● Support subject
● Order number
● Submission time
● Current status
Once your form is received, our team will contact you promptly to assist and address your request.
In addition to the platform form, you can contact your agent for immediate assistance. We are always here to provide you with sincere feedback and support.
